This will be the fourth trip into Jackson inside a month and the last in the regular season. The Bandits have won all three games holding the Fish to just two goals in the three contests.

Once again the IceGators can be spotted at the top of standings. Forwards Jay Murphy and Bruce Richardson lead the IceGators with 24 points each. The Kingfish are 1-1 versus Louisiana this year.

 

Sun., Nov 12, in Mississippi            7:35P                     Miss. Coast Coliseum

First of six meetings of the season for these two teams. The Kingfish won four of five games last season vs. the Sea Wolves.

C Sean Berens scored early in the game to extend his point scoring streak to eight games. G Paxton Schafer won his third consecutive game and evened his record to 4-4.

 

11/16   Kingfish 1 at Bandits 4

Two late second period goals by the Bandits broke open a tight contest. C Jarrett Smith scored his third of season mid way in the second frame. LW Jay Legault registered an assist on Smith’s goal to run his point streak to five games.

·        D Chris Chelios is practicing with the team and is day to day.

·        D Samy Nasreddine was waived and claimed by Charlotte. Charlotte then waived him on Sunday.

·        LW Jon Sturgis sustained a fractured finger. He will be fitted with a playing cast and is listed day to day.

·        C Andy Doktorchik is nursing bruised ribs and is listed day to day.
